Paris: BlaBla capital of the world

Happy Earth Day everyone!

Yes, we mean Paris the capital of the world of BlaBla Car, the e-mobility tech company.

As we at Madeleine’s want to be cool while doing good, we thought we’d write something in honour of Earth Day.  And so we decided to share our piece on a very Parisian technology company, BlaBla Car, a successful e-mobility tech start-up that has grown beyond being just a startup, that helps travelers and citizens alike do “car sharing” even if its model is quite different from Uber and focuses much more on the “sharing”, all in cool French style …

Here it is: Let’s BlaBla … and Bla!

And in the meantime, as 22nd April this year being Easter Monday is a public holiday in many countries, we turn you to 2 long walk suggestions (what better way to celebrate Earth Day!), a romantic 37-bridge walk you can do while you are in Paris as well as a spectacular walk you can do while in London (we’ve included some poetic inspirations), both having zero impact on the environment, and we also turn you to this wonderful French song to the Moon (it is Debussy’s Clair de Lune played by pianist Philippe Cassard who also runs a weekly programme on France Musique Radio dedicated to topics related to playing the piano and was awarded “Best radio programme” multiple times!).  Of all the stars and planets, big and small, in our solar system, we chose a song about the Moon as it is the 50th anniversary of Man’s Landing on the Moon this year.  We hope you enjoy it!
